Implementación del Operador Económico Autorizado en América Latina y su incidencia en la cadena logística en Colombia

Resumen

La implementación del programa Operador Económico Autorizado se ha convertido en un asunto de importancia mayor, tanto en Colombia como en la región de América Latina. En este trabajo, a través de un enfoque cualitativo, se analiza la normatividad de algunos países de esa región, al igual que la información relevante de organismos internacionales como la Organización Mundial de Aduanas. Analizar la importancia y los beneficios de la implementación del programa y determinar su incidencia específica en el caso colombiano, son los objetivos de esta investigación. El análisis revela que Colombia puede promover la certificación de actores de la cadena logística fortaleciendo el conocimiento y fomentando el compromiso de las partes involucradas.
